About Us

Who am I?

My name is Stephani Regalia, and I started Vital Genesis in 2006, after surviving twelve years in the high-tech arena in Silicon Valley and achieving a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance. Seeking improved health and stress management in my own life, I embarked on a new journey of health and wellness through nutrition. I am a certified Nutrition Educator and Nutrition Consultant with Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition in Santa Cruz, California. I am also a professional member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. I supplement my Bauman education with cutting-edge seminars in topics ranging from functional endocrinology to hormone balancing, addiction and blood chemistry analysis, to make sure I remain up to speed on the most recent research and information concerning health and nutrition.

Why am I doing this

"My mission is to educate and enable groups and individuals to make smart and healthy choices regarding their nutrition. I feel strongly that the food industry as a whole, when combined with a health care system that focuses on illness rather than prevention, don’t do enough to help people be and stay healthy. Information available on "healthy alternatives" to traditional medicine is a challenge to sort through...and those services are seldom covered by healthcare plans. I feel that I need to do what I can to educate people as to their alternatives, and work with doctors and other professionals to provide people with more well-rounded options to improve health and wellness."
